Color. Learn. Remember. Celebrate Freedom.
Welcome to Color The Past, where coloring meets authentic American history. My coloring books blend elegant design with careful research so readers of ALL ages can slow down, look closer, and connect with the stories that shaped our nation.
My latest, If I Am Remembered, invites you to explore the voices and legacies of First Ladies and hostesses from Martha Washington to Jill Biden through historically grounded reflections and thoughtful artwork.
I want to thank you for visiting my website. I appreciate you and all the support I have been given for this project.
NEWLY RELEASED!!
Friends, I’m thrilled to finally share that my new history-meets-art project, Before Santa Was Jolly: Thomas Nast and the Making of Santa Claus, is officially launching!
This book has been a massive undertaking — of researching, designing, restoring 1800s engravings, and turning the story of America’s early Santa into a fully illustrated, historical coloring book for all ages.
Now here’s the honest part…
Holiday Timing Reality Check
My author copies (the ones I sign and ship myself) won’t arrive until December 24th, so I can’t get them into your hands before Christmas.
BUT — this shouldn’t stop you from getting the book if you want it.
For those who must have it before Christmas:
Order from Amazon for fast, guaranteed shipping. You’ll get the book quickly and can still enjoy it over the holidays. ORDER ON AMAZON
For those who want to support me directly (and get extras!):
I’ll have a limited number of hardcover and paperback copies available through my website in just a couple of weeks.
Direct orders will include: A signed copy
A couple of exclusive bonuses
A small discount compared to Amazon pricing
The knowledge that you’re directly supporting an independent creator
(And yes — I’ll post the direct-order link as soon as the shipment hits my doorstep!)
Thank you
Thank you for cheering on this wild, creative journey. Thank you for sharing my posts, telling friends, and helping Color the Past grow into something I never expected.
